How many PDU’s will I receive for this conference?

If you attend the entire day, you will receive 6.5 PDU's

How much is registration?

Students: $135 (scholarship available)

ACLP Members: $145

Non-ACLP Members: $160

Early bird pricing available through June 1st. Late fee applied after July 1st

What is included in the cost of my registration?

5 in person sessions, continental breakfast, lunch, and a swag bag.

When is the deadline for registration?

A late fee will be added to any registrations after July 2nd. Registration closes July 20th.

What time do you expect the conference to end?

We will start promptly and expect the conference to end by 4:30pm

What is the refund policy?

A full refund is available if you cancel by July 20, 2024.

Do you offer group registration rates?

There are no group rates available.

Will there be a certificate of attendance so I can receive reimbursement from my employer?

Certificates of attendance will be provided with the completion of program evaluation. Please save your conference program and Certificate as proof of your attendance.

Do I have to be a member to attend this event? Is there a membership fee to join the CACLP?

There is no membership for CACLP. But there is a difference in price if you are a member of ACLP. Check ACLP member pricing here.

Who should attend this event?

Certified Child Life Specialist, Child Life students, and anyone in the community who may be interested are welcome and invited to attend this conference.

How do I request special needs assistance?

If I am unable to attend the conference, can someone substitute for me? Or could I receive a credit for a future event?

No credit is available, but if you cancel prior to the cancellation date you will receive a refund.

I am interested in sharing a room. Is there a way to find out if others are interested in room share?

We do not maintain a list of those interested in room sharing.

Will food be provided?

A light breakfast & full catered lunch will be provided.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please let us know on the registration form so that we can accommodate your dietary needs.

Is there public transportation in the area?

There is no train, Bart, or light rail available. Renting a car, Uber/Lyft, or Taxi are the best options.

Where can I park?

There is free parking in the multilevel parking structure. Enter the main Kaiser entrance on Douglas between Rocky Ridge and Eureka Rd. Campus map here

My family is dropping me off, is there a drop off area?

You can be dropped off at the small round about near the parking garage and the side of building C, or in the larger round about in front of building C. Campus map here
