How many PDU’s will I receive for this conference?

If you attend the entire day, you will receive 6.5 PDU's

How much is registration?

Students: $135

ACLP Members: $160

Non-ACLP Members: $175

What is included in the cost of my registration?

5 in person sessions, continental breakfast, lunch, and a swag bag.

When is the deadline for registration?

Registration closes September 4th. Anyone applying for the scholarships should have their application complete by

What time do you expect the conference to end?

We will start promptly and expect the conference to end by 4:30pm

What is the refund policy?

A full refund is available if you cancel by September 5th

Do you offer group registration rates?

There are no group rates available.

Will there be a certificate of attendance so I can receive reimbursement from my employer?

Certificates of attendance will be provided with the completion of program evaluation. Please save your conference program and Certificate as proof of your attendance.

Do I have to be a member to attend this event? Is there a membership fee to join the CACLP?

There is no membership for CACLP. But there is a difference in price if you are a member of ACLP.

Who should attend this event?

Certified Child Life Specialist, Child Life students, and anyone in the community who may be interested are welcome and invited to attend this conference.

There is free parking in the multilevel structure at Shriners Hospital

How do I request special needs assistance?

If I am unable to attend the conference, can someone substitute for me? Or could I receive a credit for a future event?

No credit is available, but if you cancel prior to the cancellation date you will receive a refund.

I am interested in sharing a room. Is there a way to find out if others are interested in room share?

We do not maintain a list of those interested in room sharing.

Will food be provided?

A light breakfast & full catered lunch will be provided.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please let us know on the registration form so that we can accommodate your dietary needs.
